THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK (A STUDY ON THE CURRENT RITE)
Summary
The liturgical renewal endorsed by the Second Vatican Council has the Sacred Liturgy as its center: it is already in itself - as the Constitution Sacrosanctum Concilium (SC 43) states - a grace of the Holy Spirit. The new "Ordo" of the Anointing of the Sick can be considered as one of the most significant fruits of this renewal. In fact, the new Ritual, with its articulation and richness of perspectives, presents a new vision of this sacrament. The most important amendment concerns its name which from the Sacrament of the dying (sacramentum exeuntium) becomes that of the sick (unctio infirmorum). The goal of my research is the deeper understanding of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the Anointing of the Sick through a study of the current rite. We will analyze the Ritual from the pneumatological point of view and then arrive at a doctrinal synthesis. The method used is also comparative, because I would like to highlight the differences between the texts of the old Ritual (1614) to those of the current liturgy (1972). The main question is this: How is the presence and action of the Holy Spirit expressed in the new Ordo.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE WRITINGS OF JOHN THE APOSTLE
Summary
John among the evangelists is not only designed with the image of eagle, but also from the first centuries on, he still is called in the East as John the Theologian. From his school came the first systematic theologian Irenaeus of Lugdunum in Gaul (now Lyons in France), who in his native Smyrna had been a disciple of the bishop Polycarp, a formerly listener of John himself, when this lived in Ephesus. The teaching about the Holy Spirit, and especially about His eternal procession is built upon his writings; and beside the biblical inspiration he received a special gift of the Spirit "who spoke trough the prophets". His aboundant message is invaluable not only for theology, but also to her shoot, which should be spirituality, first of all the priestly and seminarian one, all the more because John was the only unmarried apostle, becoming - also in this respect - a paragon for the Roman Catholic clergy.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN COMMUNION THEOLOGY
Summary
Pneumatology survived its specific revival made possible by the awakening of communion thought again. The communion analysis of intra-Trinitarian relations leads to building Trinitarian models, which in a new way try to show the place and role of the Holy Spirit in the bosom of the Holy Trinity. They also include communicative and communion models of the Holy Trinity, showing the Holy Spirit as unifying and mediating "environment of meaning" and "space" of infinite love in God, which is also important for all theology.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE TEXTS ABOUT THE CONCEPTION OF BLESSED VIRGIN MARY OF MEDIEVAL POLAND
Summary
The paper presents some of medieval works in which the Holy Spirit's motif connected with the conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is emphasized. They are prayer books, liturgical sequences, sermons, liturgical documents , poetry written in Latin and in Polish. The doctrine of the Immaculate Conception was a matter of dispute in the Middle Ages. In the first part of this article an attempt is made to show the fragments of the works of the Church Fathers, divided in two factions, maculists and immaculists. The paper presents fragments relating to the mystery of the conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary from treaties of St Bernard and St Thomas Aquinas, who did not see any theological justification for the idea of immaculate conception and Eadmer of Canterbury secretary to St Anselm, presenting an argument from congruity that Mary was free from original sin. In the second part the literary works are analyzed. In the article special attention is paid to the explanation of theological contexts of presented works and to the showing of literary skill, biblical erudition and religious consciousness of medieval authors.

THE HOLY SPIRIT AS THE GREATEST GIFT OF THE MERCIFUL LOVE OF CHRIST
Summary
This text deals with the pneumatological dimension of God's mercy. Starting from the farewell speech of Christ, written by St. John the Evangelist, in which the Savior explains to the disciples that the Holy Spirit is the greatest Gift that He leaves to the Church, the author seeks to sketch a contribution to the pneumatological outlook of God's mercy. The article begins with sketching the horizon of understanding of God's mercy. Afterwards cognitive attention is directed towards capturing the relationship between Christ - the Incarnate Mercy of the Father - and the Holy Spirit as the Paraclete and the Person-love.The analysis crowns the horizontal dimension of mercy in which the Holy Spirit makes man experienced by the mercy of God capable of mercy toward others.

summarium/abstract:
Violence originates from unconscious mimetic behaviour that can be observed in different cultures since the beginning of human history. Scapegoats were the way to deal with unbearable internal tensions, not only in individuals but also in whole societies. This process was thoroughly investigated by René Girard and Raymond Schwager. In my work, I would like to briefly describe this process and then show the role of the Holy Spirit in the liberation from these mechanisms. In the third part, based on the teaching of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, I will show how the active presence of the Paraclete creates completely new attitudes and virtues in a human person in response to these unconscious mimetic behaviours.

THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE MERCY OF THE FATHER REALIZED IN THE SON
Summary
The perspective of Trinitarian theology of God's mercy do not allow to limit the Holy Spirit only to continue the work of Jesus in the Church and to forgive sins. It protects indeed the same theology of God's mercy before narrowing and one-sidedness. In the economy of salvation, God's Spirit is shown as cooperating in all the works of God and inseparable from the Father and the Son. This also applies to God's mercy, which, by the revelation of the mystery of the inner life of God, in the Holy Spirit is better understood and accessible. The basis for this is the essence of God defined in the New Testament as Love, which, according to Christian theology, is concretized by the Holy Spirit. Penetrating God and man in Jesus Christ, He is the Gift restoring the original innocence and introducing man into a relationship of love and unity proper to the Father and the Son.

Lo Spirito Santo co-istituisce la Chiesa. La concezione di Francesco Lambiasi
Sommario
HOLY SPIRIT CO-INSTITUTES THE CHURCH. FRANCESCO LAMBIASI'S CONCEPTION
Summary
Pneumatological dimension of salvation is seen as essential in the perspective of ecclesiology. The Church is the community of the redeemed because they received the Spirit of the crucified and risen Lord. It was in the Spirit, and only in Him, the Church appears as an authentic community of salvation, which is open to every man. Moreover, only in the Spirit is possible appropriate understanding of the mystery of the Church in its various stages of existence. In this context it is useful to present the concept of an Italian theologian Francesco Lambiasi.
